201 years ago Maine became a state under the guidance of William King of Bath, Maine. This talk with historian and writer Zac McDorr will center on King's life and the responsibility being the first governor of the state of Maine. Zac McDorr is a journalist with the Midcoast Forecaster and is the founder of the Bath Maine History Center on Facebook. Refreshments at 7pm with the program at 7:30pm. This program is free but donations are welcome.
