Cooking in Provence

Provence is well known for it’s vibrant and mouth-watering cuisine. We’ll start off with a regional favorite Pissaladière, a Provençal flatbread with caramelized onions, anchovies and olives, followed by an Asparagus Salad with Soft Poached Egg, Olive Tapenade and a Lemon Dressing. Next, we will delve into the technique of sausage making with Homemade Garlic-Pork Sausage with Herbes de Provence served over Ratatouille, and finish things off with a Fresh Cherry Clafoutis with Vanilla Ice Cream.
