Owner / operator Joyce Mohr, EA is an enrolled agent, licensed to represent tax payers before the IRS. She serves as a director on the National Association of Enrolled Agents board. We provide a wide range of services, because tax life can be complex. Services that we provide include: individual small business (all entities) 1099-Misc - paying contractors international issues - those living abroad, owners of property abroad, non US pensions etc. estate, trust and gift non profits We do not provide legal or financial planing services. We also do not provide bookkeeping or payroll. However we encourage all questions and if it is something we don't provide we can refer you to a professional that can help.
