The Camden Public Library welcomes back musical instrument creator and Sound Therapist Jim Doble for a Summer Solstice Sound Bathing event in the Camden Amphitheatre on Saturday, June 19, at 6:30 pm. The public is invited to bring a chair, blanket, or yoga mat to relax upon and listen to the transformative sounds of gongs and chimes. New Guidance from the EEOC Provides Some Clarity on COVID-19 Vaccines

On Friday, May 28, 2021, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (“EEOC”) updated its COVID-19 guidance (last revised in December 2020) to provide employers with more information and tips on how to best handle and administer mandatory COVID-19 vaccination policies, reasonable accommodations, employees’ vaccination information and vaccine incentives. The guidance reaffirms that employers may require that employees get vaccinated against COVID-19 as a condition to returning to work so long as employers provide reasonable accommodations that do not impose an undue hardship on the employer’s business to employees who cannot get vaccinated due to a disability or sincerely held religious belief, practice or observance. Outdoor Art Fair to Raise Funds for Homeless Animals

Children’s Summer Reading Program at the Camden Public Library

The Camden Public Library announces that sign-up is now open for the children’s Summer Reading Program called “Tails and Tales.” The program will kick off outside the library on Thursday, June 24, at 10:00 am for ages 4 to 7 and at 11:00 am for ages 8 to 12.
